Return and withdrawal from the contract

If you wish to cancel an item you purchased from us, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item. You do not need to give a reason – simply fill out the form below.

  • In Estonia, we cover the return shipping costs - the return is free for you. For orders delivered to Finland, Latvia or Lithuania, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • We will immediately send you an email confirming receipt of your application.
  • We will send return instructions within one business day.
  • We will refund the money no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the application, after receiving the goods and checking their condition.

You may use the product to the extent necessary to verify its properties and functionality before returning it – just like in a store. If the product has been used more, we may reduce the amount to be refunded by the decrease in value of the product. In detail in clause 5 of the terms and conditions of purchase.
